Appointment Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation of an appointment after the cancellation period has expired will result in a loss of the deposit/fee applied. If an appointment has not been cancelled prior to the 48 hours cancellation period, the salon reserves the right to charge a client the balance of the entire appointment cost. This is the amount the services were booked for. If you fail to arrive to your appointment or arrive past the time of service is due, you are authorizing the service provider to charge your card on file or any other payment method without further notice. The amount charged will be equal to or less than the total service amount agreed upon during booking. If a deposit/fee was taken prior that amount will be deducted from the total charge. The same will be enforced should a group/party not show to their scheduled appointment time.
Guest Policy
So all guests may experience a safe pleasant environment, we request only those receiving services accompany you to the salon. We accept guests of 13 years and older, however, some services may require parental release before the service an be rendered.
Return Policy
Unopened/Sealed products can be returned up to 14 days after purchase for a full refund.
Opened Products (barely used) can be returned up to 14 days for a salon credit. (No refunds)
*MUST be purchased from SAGE the Hair Studio.
*Hair tools and brushes can not be returned.
